Aerial footage also provides a great way to stand out from your competition. In today's crowded digital landscape, it's essential to find ways to differentiate your message, and we’ve found that drone footage is a great way to add that scroll-stopping element to your content.

A New Addition to AZoNetwork’s Video Production

The Video team at AZoNetwork was aware of all these benefits and was eager to offer drone footage to our clients, to help them stand out and elevate their video quality further.

It all started when a client asked us if we could get some drone shots of their new facilities. Then our professional video team, that was already dabbling in drone piloting, looked into training and learned about the regulations and certificates involved.

Here is a video reel of our team training and a few shoots we have done since we started offering drone video.

Can I use drone footage in my videos?

It depends entirely on what you want to film. Our team is fully certified to fly drones, but there are some rules and restrictions regarding safety.

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot fly a drone over anyone’s head or over cars. Other than that, we are free to film on private land that is not close to public spaces (schools, hospitals, etc.) or airports.

If you are not sure if your facilites meet these requirements, feel free to contact us and we’’ll be happy to make a plan with you and assess viability.

We are also licensed to film indoors. Do you have a big new laboratory or research facility which you want to showcase. We can get footage from angles that would otherwise be impossible to achieve, adding that extra value to your video and setting your brand apart from the competition.

What does the process of filming with a drone look like?

If you are interested in adding a touch of additional quality and engagement to your footage, contact our video team and we will make a plan with you.

Ideally, we would need to know the filming location as soon as possible, to check the suitability of the airspace. Once we have made a plan with you and the building’s safety management, the total drone filming time would be around an hour, to ensure we have the best shots possible. Then we would film the rest of the video or add the footage to your existing ones.

Keep an eye on this space for case studies where we have put our drones to the test - coming soon!
